Manual top up process within 2-4 hours during working hours only (Monday- Friday)
Recommend: Auto top up process immediately anytime.
For Auto top-up method
Step 1: Login your account & click in "account id" on top, then select "Top Up"
Step 2: Select top-up method you prefer (manual top up / auto top up method)
Step 3: Select our receiving bank account which you transferred to us. (Manual top up).
After transaction completed, then only fill up the amount you perform the transferred and select date & attachment (e-banking slip, bank-in slip, cash deposit slip).
For Auto top-up method
Step 2: Select auto top up method
Step 3: Select the amount or insert the amount you would like to top-up. Click "Top up" button.
Step 4: Select the payment bank and click "pay online through fpx" to follow the next step complete the top up.
